Development History

2004

Henan Zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. was established, built and put into production in the same year, and turned a profit that very year.

2005

The first batch of centralizers has been exported to the United States.

2008

Mining drill rods have replaced German-made products and are now exported to South Africa, Peru, and Brazil. Corresponding valve stems and mining centralizers have also been successfully developed, and our company is currently one of the largest domestic suppliers of such products.

2009

The company has undertaken a large-scale expansion, upgrading its forging equipment from 800 tons to 2,500 tons and increasing the weight of produced workpieces from 8 tons to 20 tons. A range of advanced machinery, including CNC lathes, CNC pipe threading machines, and CNC milling centers, has been commissioned. As a result, the company can now manufacture centralizers of all specifications in-house and has also begun developing non-magnetic centralizers and non-magnetic drill collars.

December 2009

Our company has commenced mass production of non-magnetic drill collars and non-magnetic stabilizers, which are now exported to the United States, Austria, Singapore, and other countries, thereby completing our transformation toward large-scale, high-precision manufacturing.

2010

Added U.S. API Q1 and API 7‑1 quality certifications. Stabilizers in various specifications, including the HF1000–HF5000 series, have been fully developed and are exported to the United States in large volumes.
